And being in your late twenties means your peers start to settle down adding the responsibility of attending more weddings. </div> <div style="text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: center;"> As the Hindu tradition goes the wedding process is quite long and hectic. The wedding starts with what is called Janti, in Nepali tradition Janti is a procession where the groom with his friends and family proceed for the bride's house, accompanied by a traditional musical band while people indulge in dancing and merrymaking. On the morning of the wedding when I saw his all decked up in this Dhaka Daura I realized how anxious yet over-joyed he was about the wedding. So mustering up all my courage I prepared myself to wear heels and saree for the day. Finding Happiness

So recently I was to attend an engagement of a dear friend and the only perk was that it was in Pokhara. I had wanted to visit Pokhara in a while and it seemed like the best opportunity to take a break and also to enjoy the company of good old friends.</div> <div style="text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: center;"> Growing up I was always surrounded by brothers or guy friends and when your guy friends start to get married that is when your parents start to freak out and keep reminding you of your age and the fact that it is time to settle down. </div> <div style="text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: center;"> Disregarding all the nagging that I had to hear the idea of Pokhara always make me smile. Late night and a serene morning is how Pokhara is to be enjoyed. With 15 minutes of sleep, 5 hours of driving we managed to stay up throughout the day and have fun dress up a little. One of the most popular idea for a get together among Nepalese is, the old tradition of barbecue.
